My name is, Jessica, my friends and family call me bohee, bo, or boy. I grew up in Toronto and am based in YYZ but, there is plenty of Seoul in my heart. This has been a heart project of mine for the last couple years and alas, here it comes to life! I cross time zones for a living, hence the name of my blog. I most definitely live to eat, great food brings me joy! I get grumpy when hungry (for shame) and often feel like I can "Eat the World." Garlic in everything. I carry sriracha sauce in an eye drop container when I travel. I am always craving something hot, spicy and soupy which often materialize as pho or dwen-jang jjiggae (된장찌개).
I often end up in places for less than 24 hours. Food, Budget, and Time are my top travel priorities. Grocery shopping abroad is my favorite thing to do and also my favorite souvenir to bring back. I hate trinkets. I love to do as the locals do and eat where they eat.
